About

YOU

You are precious to God. He loves you with no strings attached. You may be visiting Holding His Hand blog site out of simple curiosity, or maybe you need some encouragement. Either way, I am glad you stopped by.

Your Story:   Personal prayer requests may be sent to: covenantheirs@gmail.com

GOD

God created the heavens and the earth…and He created you (Genesis 1:1; Psalm 139:13). God has a special plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11). God promises to watch over His children (Psalm 121:7-8). God, our Father, will hold your hand (Psalm 37:23-24).

ME

My father died when his USAF fighter jet crashed in France before my birth. Seven years later, my beautiful mother died from breast cancer. God held my hand while my paternal grandparents cared for me.

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart, Jeff, for over forty years. God has blessed us with three children, six grandchildren, and two son-in-laws.

God held my hand during two life-threatening illnesses and through several other difficult circumstances. I still worry and struggle at times, but I’m learning to trust more fully in Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith.

I hope that your faith will be strengthened and your hope renewed by the faith stories within this blog. Some are personal and some are from others who have also experienced God’s unfailing love and grace in the midst of life’s storms.

I invite you to share your thoughts. God often uses our struggles and our victories to encourage others (2 Corinthians 1:4). You may share your thoughts by writing a reply. See below.
